The Microreactor is designed to work with microreactor plates that can be inserted into one of the eight slots. Each slot can provide a different wavelengths set to expose the chemicals in the channels to a specific energy level. In varying power and throughput the required condition for the anticipated chemical end products can be easily determined.

With 8 slots, each capable of offering a  set of different wavelengths, optimal setting and their yields can quickly be determent. The software allows to run various processes in parallel with individual settings for each slot. An ideal solution for photoflow appplication to synthesis complex moleculs. In combination with the Microreactors Syringe Pump effective test setups are available.

Based on our clients request we designed a brand new photo chemistry device based on LED technology that unitizes energy efficiency and high quality state of the art technologies. Ease of use, combined with high flexibility offer the basis for small scale production or research on key parameters for large scale productions.

Overfill Prevention

The LS300 with its probe diameter of 3 mm is ideal for use in the small glass containers used in pilot plants and prototype systems. Unlike other sensors, the LS 300 requires little space to install, has a lightweight head to minimise tipping and can have its electronics separately mounted in a cabinet.

LTF Microreactors Standard

The inexpensive MR Lab series was developed for laboratory syntheses. It permits the simple translation of an intermittent work method into a continuous one using standard laboratory equipment. The temperature regulation is carried out as required in temperature adjustment vessels, on hotplates or in cold mixtures. To enable the reactors to be connected in a space-saving manner, the connections are on the front. The microreactors are connected by means of a connecting bar with 1/4" UNF fittings. An optional additional frame accepts the connection bars together with the reactors. If a constant temperature is required for the entire additional frame with hoses and reactors, the entire frame can be immersed up to the top of the hoses.

The series consists of: Micromixer Type X and Type S; delay time: Type V and Type VS; aluminium connecting bar. The MR Lab series is made of borosilicate glass; no dead volume; simple to operate and space-saving in use; pressure stable up to 15 bar; greater stability as required is possible upon request.

MR Pilot Microreactors

The MR Pilot series permits the implementation of the results investigated in the lab into bigger scales. As the big brother of the MR Lab series, MR Pilot comes with different volumes which can be switched with each other in series. The reactors are connected about a connection rail and are planned to direct tempering in the heating bath or cooling bath.The MR Lab reactors are made from borosilicate glass. They are pressure resistant up to 10 bar, higher stability is individually possible on inquiry.
